Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Instant downloads

Files will be available to downloadOpens a new tab once payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order downloads

I'll create your items after purchase and you'll receive an email when the files are ready to download. The time I need to complete these items can vary. Contact me if you have questions.

Cancellations not accepted

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Customer Owned Digital Content

All customer provided 3D model data will only be kept for the duration of the print and will be deleted within 15 days from delivery.
All customer order digital content will be deleted upon receipt by the customer.
Exceptions are possible with explicit requests from the customer.
